I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality of this matcha. The color, the scent and the taste has made it my favorite matcha and I have already recommended it to others. Unfortunately it is not always available.

First Matcha I truly enjoy
I’ve tried matcha before, and usually I don’t like it or need to make a late with it. I prepared this matcha as instructed on the packaging, no cream or sugar, and it was genuinely good! It has a pleasantly mild and naturally sweet flavor. Not overly grassy and hardly any bitterness. I will be enjoying a 1/2 teaspoon every morning until it’s all used up. A bit sad I didn’t order more, hoping something similar will be available soon.
