kissmet churro chai

Ingredients

  • 3 sachets or 3 tsp loose Kissmet 
  • 5/8 oz cherry syrup* 
  • Steamed milk 
  • Churro dust garnish** 

directions

  1. For best flavor, bring 150ml spring or freshly drawn filtered water to a boil and steep 3 sachets or 3 teaspoons of loose leaf Kissmet for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove and discard sachets or loose tea and add brewed tea to warmed mug. 
  3. Add cherry syrup. 
  4. Top with steamed or warmed milk of choice. 

*Cherry Syrup

Ingredients

  • 80 g muscovado sugar 
  • 20 g Fabbri Amarena cherries in their juice 
  • 50 g boiling water 

directions

  1. Add all ingredients into vessel and let rest for 5 minutes. 
  2. Blend. 
  3. Strain, date and label syrup and store in refrigerator.

Shelf Life: 1 month 

**Churro Dust

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp ground cardamom 
  • 2 tbsp white sugar 
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon 

directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
