We're throwing it back to the days of the soda fountain with our spin on a good old fashioned classic. One sip and this Ginger Fizz will have you crooning along to jukebox jams.

Ginger Fizz

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Ginger Splash Iced Tea concentrate*
  • 3/4 oz maple syrup
  • 3/4 lemon juice
  • 6 oz sparkling water
  • Flake salt
  • Lemon wheel (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Pour tea concentrate, maple syrup and lemon juice into Collins glass.
  2. Add ice and top with sparkling water. Stir to incorporate.
  3. Garnish with a pinch of flake salt and a lemon wheel.
  4. Enjoy and remember to tip your soda jerk.

*Ginger Splash Iced Tea Concentrate

Directions

  1. Bring spring or freshly drawn filtered water to a boil (212 degrees).
  2. Steep 1 sachet of Ginger Splash Iced Tea in 1 cup of water for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove tea and allow to cool.
