Fluffy Iced Matcha Latte
Ingredients
- 1/2 - 1 tsp matcha powder, depending on preference
- Freshly drawn filtered water at 175℉
- 8 oz barista oat milk (or whole milk)
- 5/8 oz maple syrup
Directions
- Measure 1 teaspoon of matcha powder and sift into 12oz latte cup.
- Add water to create a concentrate.
- Mix with electric frother or matcha whisk to remove any clumps.
- Transfer matcha concentrate to a cocktail shaker.
- Add maple syrup.
- Pour cold milk over matcha concentrate.
- Shake or whisk for 1-2 minutes (without ice) to create a frothy, thick consistency.
- Pour mixture over ice and enjoy.
