Add a decadent twist to your glass of sapphire blue Blackberry Jasmine iced tea with a slightly sweetened, dreamy and creamy coconut cold foam.
BLACKBERRY JASMINE ICE TEA WITH coconut COLD FOAM
Ingredients
- 8 oz Blackberry Jasmine Concentrate* per drink
- 1 can full fat coconut milk, chilled in refrigerator over night
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Spritz of orange blossom water (optional, but highly encouraged)
Directions
- Open can of coconut milk. The cream will have separated from the liquid. Scoop coconut cream into the bowl of a stand mixer.
- Beat on medium/high until the coconut cream is softly whipped and slightly thickened.
- Add powdered sugar and a few spritzes of orange blossom water.
- Beat until just combined.
- Add ice to your glass of choice and fill 3/4 of the way with Blackberry Jasmine Concentrate.
- Gently spoon cold foam over the top, finishing with another spritz of orange blossom water for extra oomph.
- Enjoy.

Directions
- Bring 1 cup of spring or filtered water to 185°F.
- Pour hot water over one sachet of Blackberry Jasmine and steep for 3 minutes.
- After 3 minutes, remove sachet and add 1 cup of cold water.
