Black Lavender Fog
Ingredients
- 2 sachets Black Lavender
- 6 oz freshly boiled water
- 1/2 to 5/8 oz 1:1 simple syrup
- 4 oz steamed or warmed milk
Directions
- Bring spring or freshly drawn filtered water to a boil.
- Pour 6 oz water over 2 sachets of Black Lavender.
- Steep 5 minutes.
- Remove sachets and stir in simple syrup (1/2 oz is sweet enough but 5/8 oz will bring out fuller flavors).
- Steam or warm milk.
- Top tea with steamed milk.
- Enjoy.
