Iced Lover's Leap with Salted Chocolate Cold Foam
Ingredients
- 6 oz Lover's Leap Concentrate*
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 8 oz Cold Half & Half
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- Pinch of flakey salt for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Using an electric whisk or high-speed blender, blend cocoa powder, salt, sugar and half & half until fully incorporated and a thick foam develops.
- Add simple syrup and Lover's Leap concentrate to a tall ice-filled glass. Top with spoonfuls of cold foam.
- Add a pinch of flakey salt to the top for garnish.
- Sip and enjoy.

Steep 2 sachets in 6 oz of boiling water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool before using.
